General Dentist, Associate or Future Owner: Lubbock, Texas

Lubbock, TX | Full-Time, Mon–Thu 8–5 and Fri 8–12 | PPO/FFS Only | Equity Available | $90,000 Bonus Plan | $275,000–$325,000 per Year

The founder of a well-established, doctor-led Lubbock practice is looking for a successor: someone who can lead clinically, take care of the team and patients, and eventually own what the founder built. Come in as a full-time associate, or say up front that you want to own. Either way, you'll step into a busy PPO/FFS book in a 17-op office with mentorship in surgery, endo and implants and a $90,000 bonus plan.

Two ways in

• Associate: a busy PPO/FFS schedule with mentorship, modern equipment and a full support team.
• Owner/successor: equity is available. The founder wants a leader who'll carry the practice forward, not a short-term associate.

You don't have to choose on day one. Many doctors start as associates and move into ownership once both sides know it's a fit.

The work

• Comprehensive general dentistry: restorative, surgery, endodontics and implants
• Mentorship in surgery, endo and implants
• An experienced clinical and front-office team. This isn't a cold-start chair.

The practice

• 17 operatories, currently 1.5 general dentists and 2 hygienists, with room to build a full book and grow into leadership
• Entirely PPO/FFS: no Medicaid, no HMOs
• Eaglesoft, CBCT, digital pano and X-rays, intraoral scanners, Neodent implants, rotary endo and surgical instrumentation
• A financially successful group with a strong record of mentoring young dentists and a strong retention program
• The founder is still present and committed to transitioning the practice the right way

Schedule

Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM. Closed weekends.

What you need

• A Texas dental license, or one coming soon
• Desire for a busy PPO/FFS book
• Openness to a long-term associate seat or to becoming the next owner

Compensation

• $275,000–$325,000 per year
• 30% of net collections with a 99% RCM rate. For example, $90,000/month in collections is about $27,800/month, or about $333,600/year, before the bonus plan
• $700 daily guarantee for the first 90 days
• No lab fees, supply fees or production adjustments taken from your split
• $90,000 bonus plan: $40,000 over years 1–2 and $50,000 over years 3–5 with a five-year commitment, paid per the employment, contractor or partnership agreement
• $1,200 annual CE stipend and malpractice provided
• Choose W-2, 1099, or the "Service Member" model (1099 with access to benefits), with a partnership track if there's mutual interest
