New Albany, MS (30 minutes from Tupelo) | Full-Time, Mon–Fri 8–5 | W-2 | 30% of Collections | Forecast $230,400–$288,000 per Year
Step into a busy schedule with full clinical support and experienced colleagues down the hall. A large, long-established private group practice that has anchored the New Albany community for more than two decades wants a motivated associate who is confident in everyday dentistry and experienced in, or eager to grow into, molar endo, surgical extractions and implants.
The work
- Full-scope comprehensive general dentistry
- Molar endodontics, surgical extractions and implant dentistry, with mentorship from seasoned colleagues
- High production volume with immediate patient flow
The practice
- 18 operatories (16 equipped), CBCT and advanced digital imaging
- 2 full-time associate dentists (each with 2 years' tenure) and 1 PRN surgically focused GP
- A strong hygiene department with established recall
- 100% PPO/fee-for-service, no Medicaid
- Proven systems and a stable, experienced team
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with an optional Saturday a month, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.
What you need
- DDS or DMD
- A Mississippi dental license, or the ability to obtain one
- Confidence in general dentistry and a collaborative, efficient approach
Compensation
- 30% of collections
