Director of Technology– Your Job Duties
You will lead technology, system optimization, and innovation across the company’s apparel manufacturing operations.
You will:
- Oversee company-wide technology infrastructure and software applications including ERP systems, PLM systems, and other core business applications
- Maintain, improve, and develop new and existing systems including upgrades and integrations
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend tools that improve automation, accuracy, and speed in sourcing, merchandising, marketing, and operations
- Establish AI adoption guidelines, internal training, and change-management practices to ensure employees use new tools confidently and effectively
- Identify, design, and implement efficiencies including AI tools across departments to reduce manual tasks, streamline workflows, and strengthen decision-making
- Work closely with department heads to identify operational goals and align on effective technology solutions
- Manage, develop and maintain all technology-related vendor relationships
- Ensure the latest cybersecurity protections and protocols are implemented across websites, servers, and internal systems
- Provide leadership and guidance to technology infrastructure and helpdesk support team member while independently leading infrastructure strategy and execution
- Manage all company devices including computers, laptops, and tablets to ensure smooth daily operations
Director of Technology – You Have (Required Skills, Experience & Team Fit)
You have:
- Prior experience with ERP systems, including configuration, reporting, and optimization
- Prior experience implementing automation solutions and AI tools to drive operational efficiency
- Prior experience with cybersecurity tools, protocols, and technology security management
- Prior experience leading software rollouts including training, onboarding, and integration
- Prior experience managing vendor relationships with technology, software, and security partners
- Prior experience managing company devices, networks, and systems across a multi-department environment
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- A collaborative approach with the ability to partner directly with leadership and department heads
- The ability to work independently and oversee technology strategy
You might have:
- Prior experience working with an apparel industry ERP (Momentis or Centric experience is a plus)
- Prior experience working with a consumer goods business with distribution operations and international sourcing partners
- Exposure to PLM systems and manufacturing technology environments
Director of Technology – Compensation, Benefits, and Perks – For You:
- Base salary starting at $150,000 - $200,000 plus bonus

Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
