Director of Technology & Warehouse Operations – Your Job Duties

• Oversee and optimize core systems including PLM systems, ERP systems, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) with a focus on automation and efficiency
• Improve product lifecycle visibility, development timelines
• Align PLM, ERP, and WMS systems to ensure seamless data flow from product development through production, inventory, and fulfillment
• Evaluate, implement, and enhance technology solutions, include AI automations, that improve operational efficiency
• Partner with warehouse leadership to improve receiving, inventory management, picking, and shipping workflows
• Drive system integrations, upgrades, and automation initiatives
• Introduce and implement AI and automation tools that enhance planning, forecasting, and operational decision-making
• Establish system governance, user training, and adoption practices to ensure users engagement
• Manage and evaluate technology vendors and system partners
• Maintain and enhance cybersecurity protocols, ensuring system integrity across all platforms
• Act as the leadership bridge between technology strategy and operational execution

Director of Technology & Warehouse Operations – You Have (Skills, Experience & Team Fit)

• Prior experience with PLM, ERP and WMS systems, including optimization, configuration and cross-functional adoption
• Prior experience connecting product lifecycle (PLM) with downstream operations such as inventory, production, and distribution
• Background in researching and implementing automation or AI tools to improve operational efficiency
• Proven ability to lead system rollouts including training, onboarding, and change management
• Strong understanding of data flow, system architecture, and process optimization in a product-based or manufacturing environment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across both systems and operations
• Experience supporting multi-location warehouse or distribution operations

You might have:

• Prior experience in apparel, consumer goods, or product-based manufacturing environments
• Prior experience with apparel-focused PLM or ERP systems (specifically Apptean Momentis or Centric)

Director of Technology & Warehouse Operations – Benefits for You
Your compensation for this Director of Technology & Operations role will be a base salary in the range of $150,000 to $200,000 plus bonus, reflecting your impact across both technology and operations. You will be provided with comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k with company contribution, and paid time off and holidays. You will work on-site in the Fort Worth / Dallas area, collaborating directly with leadership and operational teams where your visibility and influence drive real results.
