- Create governance and accountability frameworks.
- Drive consistency across locations and functions.
- Develop operational audits and compliance reviews.
- Support scalability and process replication.
- Strong systems-thinking mindset.
- Experience building scalable operating models.
- SOP development expertise.
- Knowledge of warehouse and distribution best practices.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 7 years of warehouse or operations leadership experience.
- Multi-site operations experience preferred.
- Travel between facilities as needed.
- Ability to work in warehouse and office settings.
- Functional leadership role.
- Works collaboratively with warehouse leadership teams.
- No direct warehouse manager reporting responsibility.
