- Improve throughput and labor efficiency.
- Optimize warehouse layouts and operational flow.
- Develop process documentation and training materials.
- Workflow optimization expertise.
- Strong process design and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and distribution processes.
- Ability to translate concepts into practical execution.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 7 years of warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience.
- Process redesign experience required.
