Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 40 Hours per Week | Occasional On-Call Rotation
Pay Range: $18.00 – $26.22 per hour (based on experience, certifications or licences)

Westfield Washington Schools (WWS) serves one of the fastest-growing communities in
Indiana. Our district includes nine schools, an administration/early learning building, a
transportation facility, a natatorium, an event center, and a support services

Our Facilities Department plays a vital role in maintaining safe, clean, and efficient learning
environments for students and staff.

Position Summary
We’re seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities team. This position supports the
district by performing preventative and reactive maintenance throughout all WWS buildings
and grounds.
The ideal candidate has a broad skill set in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and
general maintenance — but if you don’t know it all, that’s okay. If you’re willing to learn and
have mechanical ability, we can teach you.

What You’ll Do
? Perform maintenance and repair work on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and
other building systems.
? Complete preventive maintenance and keep accurate equipment logs.
? Work safely and follow all district and OSHA standards.

? Manage daily work orders and plan your schedule efficiently.
? Drive district vehicles between school sites as needed.
? Assist with seasonal work such as snow removal, event support, or traffic control.
? Communicate effectively with school staff and team members.

What We’re Looking For
? Experience in maintenance, construction, or related trades preferred.
? Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
? Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely work from heights using lifts and ladders.
? Valid driver’s license required.
? Willingness to obtain certifications and learn new skills.
? Must provide basic hand tools (specialty tools provided as needed).
? Team-oriented, reliable, and customer-service focused.

Schedule
? Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
