We are seeking a proactive and execution-driven Senior HR Specialist to support recruitment, employer branding, and social media initiatives. This role will play a key part in supporting multi-site warehouse hiring needs and enhancing the company's visibility in the talent market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Support multi-site hiring needs, including warehouse and hourly workforce recruitment
- Partner closely with hiring managers to develop and execute effective hiring strategies
- Lead employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's presence in the talent market
- Manage and maintain company presence on recruiting and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed)
- Create and manage recruitment marketing content, including job campaigns and employee branding materials
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness
- Coordinate with external vendors, staffing agencies, and recruitment partners
- Support other HR initiatives such as employee engagement and retention
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment (high-volume hiring experience preferred)
- Experience in social media management or recruitment marketing is a plus
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
