What are the responsibilities and job description for the Application Support Specialist position at WESTERN STATE BANK?
This is an in-office position that can be located in West Fargo, ND, Devils Lake, ND, Marshall, MN or Chandler, AZ.

The Application Support Specialist is responsible for assisting and following up on various elements of the application entry process. This position ensures all elements and requirements of the application process are complete including gathering the documentation needed to complete application files.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Input applications into the system; perform initial application review to verify the application meets policy requirements; create file-in-progress folder and complete applicable searches for file completion.
- Process application additional information submitted to Sales Operations Team.
- Assist Sales Operations Manager with any projects involving the sales department.
- Complete Dealer Reviews as requested by Sales Reps and Sales Operations Team.
- Other responsibilities and special projects as assigned.
This is a full-time position with benefits.
Starting Salary Range: $33,440.00 - $50,160.00 per year. This is a non-exempt, hourly position. Note: This range represents our good-faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications.

Associate’s Degree or Two Year College Equivalent in Business, Finance, or Administrative program preferred with 2 years of work experience in a financial setting preferred.
