A Day in the Life
The Process Improvement Lead will work within the HR business unit attending team huddles, train and coach, facilitate learning, and handle department analytics regarding operational improvement. We are looking for someone who had facilitated process improvement on a company wide scale, who is comfortable meeting with associates and leaders.
Skills needed include but are not limited to; organization, the ability to multitask, facilitate, and office skills.
