Licensed Sales Representative
What are we looking for?
Location: Downtown Cincinnati, OH (fully on-site)
Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift
Salary: $48,000/year (Salary Incentives Sign on-Bonuses)
About the Role:
We’re hiring entry-level Licensed Sales Representatives to join team. In this phone-based role, you’ll speak with existing clients only, NO cold calling or building a book of business. Most leads come from our customer service team or website referrals.
What You’ll Do:
- Speak with 3–4 clients per hour, listening and aligning their needs with available products.
- Build and maintain relationships with empathy and professionalism.
- Complete 10–12 weeks of paid training with full support and materials provided.
- Pass the Life and Health Insurance exam within 45 days (2 attempts), with paid, on the job study time.
Schedule:
- Training: Monday–Friday 8:00am-4:45pm
- Post-training: Monday–Friday 9:15am–6:00pm
Compensation and Benefits:
- $48,000 starting salary performance-based incentives
- $2,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days $500 bonus for passing the licensing exam within 45 days and 2 attempts
- Paid exam study time during work hours
- Exam costs and all training materials covered by Western & Southern
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Must work onsite in professional dress attire setting
- Strong interest in sales and client focused customer service
- Willingness to study and pass a required Life and Health licensing exam within 45 days of being hired and 2 attempts
