Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment using proper techniques and equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized dish area
- Empty and clean garbage cans
- Assist with food prep as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a dishwasher in a restaurant setting preferred
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain a high level of cleanliness
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
