In this full-time role based in Hendersonville, NC, you’ll work with teaching staff to elevate classroom interactions, implement curriculum, and build bright futures for young children.
What You Will Do (And Love!)

Coach & Mentor: Provide hands-on, coaching and mentoring to teaching teams to improve teacher-child interactions and ensure high-quality curriculum implementation.

Support Dual Language Learners: Screen, plan, and work directly with staff to execute engaging learning experiences that promote English language development for bilingual children.

Design & Deliver Training: Create and lead dynamic training sessions centered on early childhood development and curriculum fidelity.

Elevate Classroom Quality: Empower teachers with positive behavior techniques and classroom strategies that help every child succeed.
Education & Qualifications

Education: Baccalaureate degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Human Services, or a related field from an accredited college recognized by NC DCDEE.

Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.

Experience: 2 to 5 years experience working with young children in group settings.

Bonus Points: Experience with Head Start, NC Pre-K, and Developmental Day settings, or Practice-Based Coaching is preferred!
