What You Will Do (And Love!)

Engage & Nurture: Provide high-quality support in preschool and early learning classrooms, engaging children of all learning styles and abilities.

Guide Afternoon Activities: Lead fun, safe, and age-appropriate learning and play activities during afternoon hours.

Build Positive Relationships: Foster supportive, trusting connections with children, staff, and families.

Maintain Safety & Joy: Ensure a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment for every child.
Education & Qualifications

Age & Education: Must be at least 18 with a High School Diploma or GED.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience supervising children under age five.

Professional Background: Prior child supervision experience must be in a professional setting (e.g., licensed daycare, church nursery, YMCA, summer camp, or paid nanny position).
