What You’ll Do

• Coach & Mentor: Provide hands-on, on-site coaching and mentoring to teaching teams to improve teacher-child interactions and ensure high-quality curriculum implementation.

• Support Dual Language Learners: Work directly with, screen, plan, and execute engaging learning experiences that promote English language development for bilingual children.

• Design & Deliver Training: Create and lead dynamic training sessions centered on early childhood development and curriculum fidelity.

• Elevate Classroom Quality: Empower teachers with positive behavior techniques and classroom strategies that help every child succeed.

Education & Qualifications

• Education: Baccalaureate degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Human Services, or a related field from an accredited college recognized by NC DCDEE.

• Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

• Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience working with young children in group settings.

• Bonus Points: Experience with Head Start, NC Pre-K, Development Day settings, or Practice-Based Coaching is preferred!

• Education: Baccalaureate degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Human Services, or a related field from an accredited college recognized by NC DCDEE.

• Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

• Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience working with young children in group settings.
