What are the responsibilities and job description for the After School Staff/ Preschool Afterschool Care Staff position at WNCSource?
POSITION SUMMARY:
- Assists in providing care Monday - Friday from 2:30 - 5:30 p.m.
- This individual provides high-quality supplemental teacher support in classrooms for ages 0-5
- Works with students with a wide range of learning, mental, emotional, and physical abilities.
EDUCATION/TRAINING:
Must be at least 18 years old, have a GED/High School Diploma
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience supervising children under 5 years old.
- Experience must be obtained in a professional setting (e.g., church nursery, YMCA nursery or summer camp, paid nanny position, etc.).
