We are searching for a high-performing sales professional with a strong background in construction who thrives on solving real-world challenges for real builders. You’ll be the go-to strategic advisor for 8–12 of our most high-impact customers—managing millions in pipeline, owning the relationship, and driving results that directly affect your income potential.

What You’ll Own
1. Strategic Account Leadership
- Take full ownership of a curated portfolio of high-revenue, relationship-driven accounts.
- Build deep partnerships with business owners, project managers, and buyers in the post-frame industry.
- Proactively identify opportunities, influence decisions, and grow account volume and profitability.
2. Consultative Sales & Estimating
- Leverage your construction knowledge to prepare accurate, value-based proposals.
- Help customers engineer the best solutions, anticipate jobsite constraints, and optimize project timelines.
- Partner with estimating, design, and production teams to ensure seamless execution.
3. Relationship & Revenue Growth
- Maintain regular touchpoints with key stakeholders to build trust and unlock new opportunities.
- Drive account growth through upselling, referrals, and value-added services.
- Develop a reputation as a trusted advisor who brings clarity, consistency, and impact.
4. Internal Collaboration & Feedback
- Act as the voice of your customers within Western—sharing insights to improve quoting, product development, and logistics.
- Work hand-in-hand with outside sales and leadership to align on big-picture goals and quarterly targets.
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Has 5 years of experience in construction, estimating, sales, or building material distribution.
- Understands how buildings come together—whether from the jobsite, a supplier counter, or a design table.
- Communicates with clarity, confidence, and integrity.
- Is comfortable owning a number—and is hungry to grow it.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments where autonomy and initiative are rewarded.
- Brings a builder’s mindset: practical, resourceful, and focused on delivering real results.
