**1. Strategic Account Leadership**
- Take full ownership of a curated portfolio of high-revenue, relationship-driven accounts.
- Build deep partnerships with business owners, project managers, and buyers in the post-frame industry.
- Proactively identify opportunities, influence decisions, and grow account volume and profitability.
- Leverage your construction knowledge to prepare accurate, value-based proposals.
- Help customers engineer the best solutions, anticipate jobsite constraints, and optimize project timelines.
- Partner with estimating, design, and production teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain regular touchpoints with key stakeholders to build trust and unlock new opportunities.
- Drive account growth through upselling, referrals, and value-added services.
- Develop a reputation as a trusted advisor who brings clarity, consistency, and impact.
- Act as the voice of your customers within Western---sharing insights to improve quoting, product development, and logistics.
- Work hand-in-hand with outside sales and leadership to align on big-picture goals and quarterly targets.
- Has 5 years of experience in construction, estimating, sales, or building material distribution.
- Understands how buildings come together---whether from the jobsite, a supplier counter, or a design table.
- Communicates with clarity, confidence, and integrity.
- Is comfortable owning a number---and is hungry to grow it.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments where autonomy and initiative are rewarded.
