In addition to greeting prospects, you will also show apartments, close sales, and process rental applications and leases in compliance with fair housing laws. Requirements
- At least 1 year of leasing experience preferred
- Sales experience with strong closing skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Self-starter with an outgoing, professional, and goal-oriented approach
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Professional appearance with verifiable professional and personal references
- Proficiency in social media, typing (30 WPM), and computer programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or similar programs
- Availability to work 3–4 Saturdays per month
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors and residents
- Answering and returning resident calls, as well as email requests
- Completing guest cards and lease paperwork correctly and timely
- Selling features and amenities to prospective residents
- Showing apartments
- Securing leases

Required License or Certification: Valid FL Driver’s License
