Requirements
- At least 1 year of leasing experience on an apartment community .
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
- Good leasing and closing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook or other similar programs
- Yardi/CRM a plus!
- Must be able to work 2 Saturdays per month and overtime based on property needs
Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors and residents
- Answering and returning resident calls, as well as email requests
- Completing guest cards and lease paperwork correctly and timely
- Selling features and amenities to prospective residents
- Showing apartments
- Securing leases

Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Work Hours: M-F 9:00 am - 6:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm; overtime may be required based on property needs.
Required License or Certification: Valid FL Driver’s License
