What You’ll Be Doing:
- Searches, copies, and examines recorded documents that affect title using online search platforms and/or traveling to the Register of Deeds offices to prepare, including but not limited to, title commitments, letter reports, title insurance policies, final letter reports, and invoices
- Prepares and issues gap, closing, and final gap searches

Auditing and proofing title related products, including but limited to, title commitments, letter reports, title insurance policies, final letter reports, and invoices

Prepares monthly reports for internal and external customers showing market data collected from the county Register of Deeds Offices

Back up support for Title Assistant position when needed

Back up support for Title Researcher position when needed

Back up support for Inspections and Construction Draw processing when needed
What You’ll Need to Be Successful:
- This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a proven track record in customer service
- Proficiency in basic computer, data entry and typing skills is required
- A positive attitude, professional image, and self-motivation are essential in the teller role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
