Duties
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of real estate closings, including reviewing and preparing legal descriptions, title documents, and settlement statements.
- Review title records, public records, and legal descriptions to verify property ownership and identify any encumbrances such as easements or rights-of-way.
- Perform title review in accordance with underwriting guidelines, ensuring adherence to legal standards and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and lenders to provide updates, clarify documentation requirements, and ensure a seamless closing experience.
- Prepare and review all necessary documentation for real estate closings including deeds, affidavits, settlement statements, and escrow instructions.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for document preparation and communication.
- Effective client communication skills coupled with a customer service-oriented approach to assist clients through the closing process.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
