Westbury Toyota Superstore - Main Shop & Express Service#1 Sales and Service volume in the Toyota Northeast Region.
Our busy and growing Toyota dealership is looking for motivated Service Advisors to join our award-winning team. We have just started to build a new Service and Sales facility, expanding to 48 service bays to help with the huge volume we have. It will be the only new state-of-the-art facility in New York! Whether you excel in a fast-paced Main Shop environment or thrive in Express Maintenance, we offer the tools, support, and customer traffic to help you succeed. This is an outstanding opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping customers, building relationships, and maximizing their earning potential.
What You'll Do
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from write-up to vehicle delivery.
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on customer needs and Toyota guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with customers and technicians throughout the repair process.
- Manage multiple repair orders in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Follow up with customers and maintain strong CSI scores.
- Build trust and create long-term customer relationships.
- Maximize every opportunity while maintaining integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications
- Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred.
- Toyota experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Compensation$75,000 – $150,000 annually. Top performers in our high-volume environment routinely earn six-figure incomes.
