Parts Advisor - Westbury

Pay: $50k and up based on experience

Parts Advsior Responsibilities:

• Assists all customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.
• Informs customers of companion part requirements and specials and ensures that the customer is exposed to the full product line.
• Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
• Notifies parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention; locates out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submits an emergency order, if necessary.
• Provides high level of service to internal and external customers.
• Performs monthly bin counts.
• Responsible for billing repairs orders and Wholesale/Retail invoices ensuing all are accurate and closed in a timley manner.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Parts Advisor.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Parts counter experience is required.
