What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Greeter position at Westbury Toyota?
Westbury Toyota is seeking a Greeter to support our Sales team.
The Sales Greeter is the first point of contact for customers visiting the dealership. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming, professional, and positive first impression while ensuring every customer is promptly assisted by the appropriate sales team member. The Sales Greeter plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting dealership sales efforts.
The schedule will be Saturday 9AM-6PM and Sunday 11AM-5PM.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and provide assistance with any inquiries they may have.
- Engage customers to understand the purpose of their visit.
- Introduce customers to the appropriate Sales Consultant based on availability.
- Maintain awareness of customer traffic and ensure every guest is acknowledged, welcomed, and assisted throughout their visit.
- Ensure the showroom, reception area, and customer waiting areas remain clean and presentable.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous customer service, hospitality, or automotive experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
