Westbury Toyota is looking for a Sales Receptionist to manage our Front Desk. The schedule is Monday through Friday (9:00 am to 6:00 pm). The Receptionist greets customers as they enter the showroom, answers basic inquiries, and directs them to the appropriate party; answers calls promptly and directs to the appropriate departments.

Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person, office, or department.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Customer service attitude.
