Work closely with Region 3 Prevention Program Director, coalitions, and NIDA research associates, and local middle schools and high schools. Provide education by disseminating information and working directly with implementation and control counties to gather data. Share data with researchers and stakeholders
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete all training requirements as identified in the funding grant. Some overnight travel is expected.
- Facilitate school based surveys for all 7-12 graders including managing all communications.
- Ensure the completion of monthly process-data survey by a county coalition representative.
- Oversee the completion of the implementation process assessment spring and fall of each year.
- Support the investigative team to execute the implantation integrity and consistency assessment once per year.
- Coordinate and conduct two annual local meetings prevention finding and reports (meeting 1) and facilitating community goal setting (meeting 2).
- Conduct social marketing campaigns.
- Attend and participate in monthly local prevention coalition/task force group meetings.
- Plan and implement prevention activities.
- Work with local agencies and policy makes to align community policy, practice, and funding to meet prevention goals.
- Participate in bi-weekly calls with the Program Director and other Implementation Network Coordinators, as scheduled.
- Participate in face-to-face project meeting twice a year with all project staff, other Implementation Network Coordinators, the WVPRC Community Partnership Board and other stakeholders.
- Demonstrates knowledge of and supports Westbrook Health Services mission, vision, values, policies, and procedures, operating instructions, confidentiality standards and code of ethical behavior.
