Responsibilities:
What You’ll Be Doing
- Help lead the kitchen day-to-day alongside the Executive Chef
- Keep service flowing and standards high during busy shifts
- Jump on any station when the team needs support
- Train, coach, and motivate line cooks and prep staff
- Make sure every plate that leaves the kitchen looks and tastes exactly how it should
- Assist with ordering, inventory, and keeping food costs in check
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and health-code ready at all times
- Help create a positive, professional kitchen culture where people enjoy coming to work
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of kitchen experience, with some leadership under your belt
- Strong cooking skills and a sharp eye for detail
- Someone who stays calm under pressure and leads by example
- A team player who communicates well and keeps things moving
- Solid understanding of food safety, organization, and kitchen flow
- Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Bilingual (English, Spanish)
