The ideal candidate has a strong personal injury background, leadership experience, and the ability to manage cases efficiently from intake through settlement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a full caseload of pre-litigation personal injury files from inception through settlement.
- Verify insurance coverage and liability details to ensure proper case handling.
- Negotiate property damage and bodily injury claims to achieve optimal client outcomes.
- Coordinate and monitor client medical treatment throughout the claims process.
- Draft and review demand letters and settlement packages.
- Communicate regularly with insurance adjusters and opposing parties to move cases forward.
- Maintain consistent client communication, providing updates and ensuring excellent service.
- Mentor junior case managers and assist in training and process improvements as needed.
- 3-5 years of experience managing personal injury cases from intake to settlement
- Prior lead or senior-level experience in pre-litigation case management preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with a client-first mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook; experience with case management software is a plus
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
