We are now growing our Phoenix team and seeking a highly experienced, self-motivated Senior Personal Injury Case Manager to help support and strengthen our presence in Arizona. Responsibilities
- Manage a full caseload of Arizona personal injury matters from intake through trial or settlement
- Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence with accuracy and timeliness
- Handle client communications with professionalism and empathy, keeping clients informed throughout the case lifecycle
- Coordinate depositions, mediations, medical appointments, and expert consultations
- Negotiate liens and medical bills to maximize client recovery
- Work closely with attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation
- Oversee case deadlines, calendaring, and ensure compliance with Arizona state and federal court rules
- Provide mentorship and leadership as the Phoenix team expands
- 7 years of hands-on experience in Arizona personal injury law as a Paralegal or Case Manager
- Demonstrated success managing cases independently with minimal supervision
- Strong drive, initiative, and ability to thrive in a startup office environment
- In-depth knowledge of Arizona personal injury procedures, courts, and litigation practices
- Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency with case management software, legal systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
