What You’ll Do
- Lead daily field operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency
- Manage project schedules, manpower, and deadlines
- Support Project Managers, Superintendents, and Foremen
- Enforce compliance with contracts, manufacturer specs, OSHA, and AZ ROC standards
- Oversee subcontractor onboarding and performance
- Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Develop training programs for field leaders
- Track budgets, costs, and profitability
- Manage equipment, fleet, and materials
- Resolve escalated customer or project issues
- Drive warranty response and customer satisfaction
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial and residential roofing
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, vendors, and industry partners
- Collaborate with Sales and Estimating teams to support lead generation and project acquisition
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic growth decisions
- 7 years in roofing or construction operations, including 3 years in management
- Strong knowledge of Commercial Roofing Systems (TPO, PVC, BUR, Coatings, Metal, etc.)
- OSHA 30 Certification (Required)
- Proven experience managing profit & loss
- Familiarity with Roofing CRMs, QuickBooks Online, and construction scheduling tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and build client relationships
