- Lead and supervise roofing crews and subcontractors on-site
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and jobsite logistics
- Enforce strict compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Conduct daily safety meetings and inspections
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for customers, inspectors, and vendors
- Manage project schedules, documentation, and resource allocation
- Inspect work for quality and address deficiencies promptly
- Minimum 5 years of commercial roofing field experience (Superintendent or Foreman level preferred)
- Proven experience with TPO, coatings, shingle, tile, and metal roofing systems
- OSHA 30 Certification required
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Proficiency in construction/project management software (Acculynx, CompanyCam, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to travel to jobsites throughout Arizona and work outdoors in varying conditions
- Must be able to pass Federal background check for Federal jobs.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
