Job Summary
As a Route Manager / Pool Technician you'll be responsible for the cleaning, water testing, and maintenance of residential swimming pools along your assigned route. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys outdoor work, problem-solving, and taking ownership of their daily schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance on a scheduled residential route.
- Test and record pool water chemistry (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, etc.) and make necessary adjustments.
- Brush pool walls and tile lines, vacuum, and skim debris from the surface.
- Add and monitor pool chemicals to ensure proper water balance.
- Inspect pool pumps, filters, and equipment; report repair needs to the office.
- Upload readings and service details into company software.
- Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment organized and in good condition.
- Communicate professionally with customers and office staff regarding pool conditions and service updates.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $39, $45,000.00 per year
