We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pool Cleaner/Technician to join our team. This role involves maintaining and servicing residential and commercial pools to ensure they are clean, safe, and functioning properly. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of pools, including skimming, vacuuming, brushing, and chemical balancing
- Inspect pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators for proper operation
- Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment using hand tools and power tools as needed
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs or issues
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all maintenance activities
- Assist with seasonal opening and closing of pools when required
- Keep work area clean and organized to promote safety and efficiency
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge related to pool equipment and systems
- Experience with equipment repair and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in pool maintenance, cleaning techniques, and chemical handling
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in maintenance tasks
- Service technician experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
- Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and a customer-focused attitude
