The NMLS Licensing Assistant provides administrative support for individual Loan Officer licensing through the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS). This entry-level position supports Loan Officers throughout the licensing process, ensuring applications, renewals, and required documentation are submitted accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Loan Officers with submitting and maintaining individual licenses through the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS)
- Track license application progress and follow up on outstanding items
- Monitor renewal deadlines and continuing education requirements for Loan Officers
- Communicate with Loan Officers regarding licensing requirements, deficiencies, and next steps
- Maintain accurate internal records of licensing status and documentation
- Provide onboarding support for newly hired Loan Officers regarding licensing requirements
