Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their mortgage inquiries.
- Pre-approve potential clients.
- Handle Email, Calls and Text Message campaigns to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions using software.
- Pre-approve clients with a series of 5 questions.
- Collaborate with other bankers to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
- Utilize 10 key typing skills for efficient data entry and record management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in mortgage industry is a plus but not required.
- Good People Skills.
- Sales experience is preferred but not required .
- Proficiency with a computer and phone.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Hours:
- MWF 9am-6pm
- T/TH 9am-7pm
- 1 Saturday per month 9am-3pm
Compensation:
- Hourly/Overtime Bonuses
- Total yearly average On Target Earnings (OTE): $52k
Salary : $52,000
