What You’ll Do As a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer:
Convert qualified mortgage clients by assisting with loan applications, reviewing loan alternatives, providing loan status updates, and ensuring a positive customer experience
Educate borrowers on loan options, rates, and terms
Originate loans in your licensed states with diverse product options
Collect and verify borrower documentation
Partner with processing and underwriting teams to close loans quickly
Communicate clearly with clients throughout the loan process
Stay current with mortgage guidelines and market trends
What You’ll Bring To The Table:
Active NMLS and state MLO license(s) are required for the Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer role
At least 1 year of recent mortgage origination or loan officer experience
Strong organization and self-motivation
Confidant working in a remote environment, reliable internet, and computer
Excellent communication, follow-up, and digital skills
Proficiency in using mortgage industry software and online application platforms
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
Experience in a Direct Lender or similar setting is a plus
