Position Summary
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented
Teller
to join our team. In this role, you’ll handle member transactions, maintain a balanced cash drawer, and provide outstanding customer service while identifying opportunities to support members with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and other account transactions
- Open and close accounts, including club and savings accounts
- Sell cashier’s checks, money orders, and gift cards
- Process transfers, night drops, and mail deposits
- Assist with VISA advances and payments
- Ensure compliance with all bank policies and regulatory requirements
- Promote credit union products and provide exceptional member service
- Support other branches as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience in financial services, retail, or goal-oriented environments preferred
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, and communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and teller systems
