Position Summary
The Branch Manager is responsible for leading and managing the daily operations of the Moon Township branch to ensure efficient member service delivery, compliance with credit union policies, and achievement of branch goals. This role includes developing staff, maintaining operational excellence, growing membership and loan portfolios, and promoting a positive member experience in alignment with West-Aircomm’s mission and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all branch operations, including member services, teller activities, lending functions, and compliance with credit union policies and procedures.
- Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to deliver exceptional member service and achieve performance goals.
- Monitor branch performance metrics, including deposit growth, loan production, and member satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- Handle complex member inquiries, complaints, and problem resolution with professionalism and care.
- Foster strong relationships with existing and potential members to promote credit union products and services.
- Collaborate with marketing and community outreach teams to represent West-Aircomm FCU at local events and build community partnerships.
- Manage branch cash operations, security procedures, and audit readiness.
- Analyze financial reports to identify opportunities for branch growth and operational improvement.
- Support and uphold the credit union’s mission, vision, and core values.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in financial services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong knowledge of credit union or banking operations, lending practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet performance goals and lead a team effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial institution software systems.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Experience in a credit union environment.
- Community involvement and business development experience.
Work Environment & Schedule
- Full-time, onsite position at the Moon Township branch.
- Standard business hours, with occasional evening or weekend community events.
