As a Teller on our Branch team, you will play an important role in providing outstanding service to cfsbank customers. You will build and maintain strong customer relationships by listening to needs, applying your financial knowledge, and offering appropriate solutions to support their goals. In addition to contributing to the overall success of the branch, you will have opportunities to take ownership of your professional growth through ongoing training and development.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by exhibiting a customer-first attitude while assisting with personal and business deposit account products and daily transactions.
- Educate customers in person and over the phone - to build sustainable relationships and discover financial needs to provide beneficial product and service recommendations.
- Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately; deliver solutions that make our cfsbank products work together.

Qualifications
- Proficient in basic math and cash handling
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Experience in upselling techniques
- Knowledge of fraud prevention and detection methods
- Familiarity with loan origination and processing
- Competence in cash management and retail math
