About the Role: Building Maintenance
As a Maintenance, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for the residents at Heritage House in Atlantic.
As a Skilled Building Maintenance Professional, You Will
- Perform advanced maintenance and repairs in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, and mechanics.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Maintain grounds and assist with seasonal tasks like snow removal.
- Oversee and coordinate with external contractors.
- Transport residents to and from appointments.
- Full-Time- 7AM-3:30PM, rotating weekends and on-call
- 5 years of hands-on experience in construction trades or facility maintenance, preferred
- Proven ability to work independently and lead tasks across departments.

- The starting pay range for this position is $18-$25/ hour. Pay rate will be based off of years of experience.
