What You'll Do: 

• Handle all incoming patient referrals and inquiries, managing the full admissions process for short- and long-term residents. 
• Collect, verify, and maintain patient information, background checks, PASRR/DON, and all required admission documentation.  
• Coordinate insurance verification, maintain insurance updates, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.  
• Schedule appointments, conduct tours, and support marketing efforts through informational materials and outreach.  
• Track and document all referrals, admissions, denials, hospital transitions, and weekly clinical review results.  
• Collaborate with interdepartmental teams, guide staff on admission criteria, and update policies and procedures as needed. 

What You'll Need: 

• Must be 18 years of age or older (required)  
• Must have 1 year of admission coordinator experience (required)
