What You'll Do:
- Lead daily dining operations, including resident meals, guest service, and special events
- Ensure full compliance with food service regulations and maintain survey readiness
- Hire, train, coach, and develop dining team members in partnership with HR
- Manage schedules, labor costs, payroll coordination, and departmental budgets
- Oversee inventory, ordering, forecasting, and vendor relationships
- Maintain POS systems, scheduling platforms, and required reports
- Plan and execute special events, menus, and in-unit functions
- Collaborate with the Registered Dietitian on nutrition and dietary programs
- Conduct daily team huddles to review menus, service standards, and safety
- Drive dining initiatives that elevate resident satisfaction and the Peterson Meadows brand
- Foster strong communication and teamwork between front- and back-of-house teams
What You'll Need:
- Must be 21 years of age or older (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality food service operations (required)
- Working knowledge of catering and special event execution, FOH/BOH (required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related systems (required)
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- BASSET certification (preferred)
- Associate’s degree (preferred)
