Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist/Chiropractor Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and packages.
- Perform data entry, filing, and clerical duties to support office operations.
- Maintain office organization through effective calendar management and scheduling appointments.
- Collecting payments from clients
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents and managing office supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
- Assisting the doctor with therapy's and administering treatments on patients under the doctors supervision.
- Able to coordinate and prioritize patient flow based on scheduling.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing communication with diverse clients.
- Previous experience in front desk or office management roles preferred.
- Previous experience in the Chiropractic field preferred.
- Familiarity with clerical duties such as filing, typing, and data entry is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on phone etiquette and professionalism.
