Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years of customer service and/or front desk experience
- 2 years experience in sales
- A music background is a plus
About Us:
Since our establishment in 2017, WePlay Music has grown rapidly to become one of the leading music schools in Orange County. We take pride in delivering high-quality music instruction to students of all levels within a positive and supportive atmosphere. Our offerings include performances, examinations, masterclasses, ear training, and instruction for all standard Western instruments. Additionally, we have developed a comprehensive, well-rounded music program catering to all ages, from preschool to college-level education.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently organizing and prioritizing their workload. Previous music background and experience in sales are considered advantageous.

Responsibilities:
As a School Coordinator, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Supervise school administrative procedures
- Ensure efficient operations, cleanliness, and exceptional customer service
- Communicate with parents and prospective students via phone calls and emails
- Process payments, enroll students, and manage teachers' schedules
Please note that a background check will be required.
Working Days/Hours:
Monday - Wednesday 9:30am - 4:00pm, Saturday 8:30am - 5:00pm and Sunday 9:00-1:00pm
Remote Work: No
