Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Project Management. Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking. Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Project Management business solutions. Strategically engage with client personnel. Required Qualifications: Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect the dots across programs to improve process, reduce friction, and drive transformation
• Manage planning and change across project scope, timelines, and resources
• Drive execution and workplan management across the projects/programs
• Maintain workstream milestones and dependencies
• Manage and control the critical path and delivery roadmap
• Develop communication plans in coordination with applicable communications team
• Lead status reporting and updates leveraging Jira
• Document and drive resolution of action items and risk mitigations
• Escalate issues quickly and perform impact analysis for milestones/outcomes
• Create “Go to Green” plans for At-Risk or Off-Track milestones/outcomes
Key Requirements:

Strong experience in business transformation, simplification, and modernization with a get stuff done attitude and drive cultural change.
• Experience managing in a complex, matrixed environment and comfortable leading and executing through influence.
• Agile & iterative delivery and tools expertise for complex, enterprise-wide initiatives (i.e., Jira and Confluence).
• Deep expertise in strategic problem-solving and project management.
• Experience in the areas of Data Center build out, Neighborhoods, cloud migration, app modernization/transformation and executive communications.
• Subject matter knowledgeable in two or more technical area – CI/CD, DevSecOps, Infrastructure-As-Code, x86/ARM/GPU, Container/K8, Virtual Machines, Networking, DMZ, Databases, Storage, Messaging Middleware, API Gateways, Batch/ETL, Data LakeHouse, AI/ML, Mainframe, Public Cloud
