Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements within Business Execution. Review and analyze basic or tactical Business Execution assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables. Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Provide information to client personnel in Business Execution. Required Qualifications: Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide consulting and support focused on helping users quickly get records organized and staged for successful ingestion into repositories, i.e., service speed practical methods.
• Not responsible for being an expert on the “retention rules” or record class code designation, nor responsible for creating the strategy; an expert on methods to make things easier/faster.
• Provide Tier One support for records not ingested
• Provide Ad hoc builds through tools e.g., EDR Intake form, etc.
Required Qualifications:
Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
. Ability to analyze large file repositories (e.g., SharePoint, network drives)
Experience working within a Human Resources environment (preferably on a project basis)
Records coordinating/management experience
Detail-oriented, strong analysis skills
Comfortable using tools like:
a. Excel (pivot tables, Power Query)
b. Power BI / reporting tools
c. Scripts or automation (PowerShell, Python is a plus)Ability to work across:
