Summary:
The Project Manager role will support the Data Center Modernization & Simplification (DCMS) program and will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing the delivery plan for DCMS cloud migration workstreams and factories. This is a highly experienced program management/execution professional with a deep understanding of enterprise technologies and its application in financial services vertical, with the ability to effectively communicate technical delivery to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive delivery plans for cloud migration workstreams and factories within the Data Center Modernization and Simplification program
Drive execution and workplan management of workstream and factory objectives while maintaining critical path control
Maintain workstream milestones, dependencies, and delivery roadmaps across multiple concurrent initiatives
Lead status reporting and updates utilizing Jira and other agile delivery tools
Develop and execute communication plans in coordination with program communications teams
Document and drive resolution of action items, risk mitigations, and issue escalations
Perform impact analysis for milestones and outcomes, creating recovery plans for at-risk deliverables
Connect cross-program dots to identify opportunities for process improvement, friction reduction, and business transformation
Translate complex technical delivery concepts into actionable communication for senior stakeholders and non-technical audiences
Serve as an experienced advisor to leadership across multiple lines of business
Drive cultural change and continuous improvement through data-driven decision making
Manage change across project scope, timelines, and resources in alignment with program objectives

Demonstrated experience in program management, with a strong focus on technology transformation within the financial services.
Proven track record managing complex initiatives in matrixed organizational environments
