Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join a dynamic Agile Scrum team supporting an innovative Crypto initiative. This role will work closely with a Product Owner, Lead Developer, and a team of approximately Scrum members to deliver high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong full-stack development expertise in Java and React, experience in AI-driven development, and a background in trading or financial markets.
As a senior contributor, you will participate in moderately complex software engineering initiatives, help drive large-scale planning efforts, and support regular monthly and quarterly release cycles.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using Java and React.
Collaborate with the Scrum team, Product Owner, and Lead Developer to deliver business-critical features.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
Contribute to architecture discussions, technical design, and software engineering best practices.
Support the development and integration of AI-powered capabilities within the platform.
Assist in planning and executing monthly and quarterly software releases.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues while ensuring system stability and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Mentor junior developers and promote code quality through reviews and technical guidance.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in software development with full-stack application delivery.
Strong experience with:
Java
React
RESTful APIs and web services
Modern software development practices and design patterns
Experience working within Agile Scrum environments.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and release management processes.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience contributing to large-scale software engineering initiatives.
Experience with AI/ML application development or AI-enabled software solutions. (preferred)
Background in trading, cryptocurrency, capital markets, or financial services. (preferred)
Experience supporting high-volume transactional systems.
Familiarity with cloud technologies and modern DevOps practices.
Experience working on distributed, enterprise-scale applications.
