Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult as a top subject matter expert on complex, innovative and diverse Data Management initiatives with high risk or with significant scope, cost, and benefits. Consult on the strategy and resolution of the most complex and significant challenges across Data Management, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale, broad reaching, and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking. Provide consulting and industry expertise regarding large-scale Data Management strategies. Strategically engage with client personnel. We are seeking a Senior Data Management Analyst to join the Chief Data Office (CDO) within the Enterprise Data Simplification and Management team. This role will lead Data Source Rationalization initiatives, a critical component of executing the enterprise data strategy.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will provide centralized expertise to assess, rationalize, and modernize enterprise data sources, enabling business lines to transition toward Authorized Data Sources (ADSs) while reducing complexity, compliance risk, and operational costs.
Lead Data Source Rationalization efforts across enterprise systems and lines of business
Partner with stakeholders to identify, assess, and inventory data assets across the organization
Drive migration from legacy or redundant data sources to trusted Authorized Data Sources (ADSs)
Establish and enforce data governance, standardization, and quality frameworks
Provide oversight on data lifecycle management, including decommissioning outdated sources
Collaborate with Data Governance, Technology, and Business teams to align data strategies and priorities
Conduct risk assessments related to data usage, duplication, and compliance requirements
Develop metrics and reporting to track progress, adoption, and impact of rationalization initiatives
Support enterprise-wide initiatives to simplify data architecture and improve data accessibility
Influence stakeholders and senior leadership on data strategy decisions and best practic
